Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if the product is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect item received

To be eligible:

  • The return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue are required for verification

Note: Returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or normal wear & tear are not accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
  • Approved cases will be eligible for a replacement or refund

How to Request a Return

  2. Our team will review and approve the request
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared

Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side
