We’re committed to making every shopping experience with The Curvia simple, secure, and stress-free. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping, delivery, and returns process:

Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery:

  • Standard shipping: 7–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs:

  • FREE standard shipping on orders over $100.
  • Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery times are based on dispatch date.
  • During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing and delivery may take longer.
  • Please confirm your shipping details at checkout—we are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.
  • International customers may incur customs fees or duties based on local regulations.

Shipping Protection

We strongly recommend adding Shipping Protection at checkout for full coverage. 

  • If your package is confirmed lost or stolen, we’ll send a free replacement.
  • Opting out of Shipping Protection means we can’t guarantee replacements for lost or stolen orders.

Returns & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love every purchase from The Curvia. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions:

  • Must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated and shipped within 30 days of delivery.
  • Sale items, gift cards, or products marked “Final Sale” are not returnable unless faulty.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A photo of your item may be required before shipping it back to confirm eligibility.
  • For bundle orders: If you return part of a bundle, the items you keep will be charged at the current sale price.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact us at - thecurviaofficial@gmail.com with your order number and item photo(s) for approval.
  • We’ll send you the return address and instructions.
  • Ship the product(s) back to us.
  • After inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refund Details

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
